At ATUR, the bespoke process is immersive and visual. Your satisfaction at every stage is our priority, so we keep you in the driver’s seat from start to finish. From hand-drawn sketches to 3D mockups, videos of stones, and more, we offer a full view of each element in your custom design journey.
To indulge in a custom design experience with us, we offer two options:

You can “meet us for a quick coffee” by emailing our custom Orders team directly with your vision, and we'll guide you through every step of the process.

A bit more information:
- A design fee of 150 USD will be requested to begin the process.
- If after receiving your initial sketches you would like to see a more comprehensive view of the design, we do offer 3D mockup services.
- The 3D mockups process will cost an additional 150 USD; however the deposit will be refunded to you at the time of the purchase, making our 3D mockup services complimentary.
- It will take us about 3-7 days to complete the mockups and they will be sent via email upon completion.
- When you are ready to move forward with the custom design we will send you a custom listing on our website where you will be able to proceed with the purchase.
